Photograph your meal and AI estimates calories, protein, fat and carbs in seconds. The recognition is tuned for Southeast Asian food specifically — nasi lemak, laksa, pho, adobo, som tam, rendang, char kway teow — with hawker-portion calibration instead of Western serving-size guesses.

Every item can carry an optional halal flag, and you can tap any analysis to correct it. Estimates stay honest: they're there to help you notice patterns, never to judge a single plate.

Cendaya reads sleep, heart rate, steps, workouts and energy burn from Apple Health on iOS — and Health Connect on Android next. Vitals sync quietly in the background and flow straight into your story and your energy balance.

Your story starts with one line

A gentle daily check-in — how are you feeling right now? — takes two taps. Add a line of journal when you feel like it; skip it when you don't. There are no streaks to break and no guilt waiting on quiet days.

Whatever you give it, the nightly story weaves in. One honest line is plenty.

Intake vs burn, at a glance

Meals on one side, movement and resting burn on the other. Cendaya's energy-balance view shows how your days actually add up — what fuelled a good afternoon, what a long walk quietly did for the evening.

It's a glance, not a spreadsheet. The goal is a feel for your rhythm, not an accounting exercise.

Routines & observances

Reminders that celebrate, never nag

Supplements anchored to real meals — a "with food" reminder is confirmed the moment you save lunch, not at an arbitrary clock time. Movement routines complete themselves from your day's workouts. Done is noticed and celebrated.

Observances are handled with quiet care: mark Ramadan fasting or vegetarian days (lunar 1st & 15th, Lent) and Cendaya adapts — meal chips become suhoor and iftar, reminders move to your eating window, and nothing prompts you to eat while the sun is up. You opt into practices, never a religion label, and the AI only ever sees "user is fasting today".

Private by design

Your life stays on your device

Your journal, meals, moods and vitals live in a local database on your phone — local-first, not cloud-first. Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint. Export everything as JSON whenever you like, or delete it all in a single tap.

AI requests are proxied so no API keys or identities travel with your data, and regional data residency (Singapore hub, in-country options) keeps data close to home under a consent model built for local privacy laws.
